Returns Policy
- To Return a Part or Parts, please visit your initial order email or RFDAUTOPARTS.COM, login into your account and select return part.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There is a 15% restocking fee for Special Order Parts and some parts due to Manufacturer policies. This restocking fee if required will be determined when Return Request is "Approved" at our discretion.
- ATTENTION: ANY PARTS ORDERED WITHOUT PROVIDING A VIN# AT TIME OF ORDER ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCK FEE. If the VIN # is provided and by chance the Parts Catalog is wrong, a full refund will be issued.
- A Shipping Label will be provided via email at buyer's expense to return part back. Return shipping label expense will be deducted from refund amount. This includes Core returns as well.
- Once a return is approved, you have 15 days to return the item to us. If this timeframe has been exceeded, the return may be null and void.
- Auto Parts MUST be re-saleable and in the ORIGINAL unopened/undamaged packaging. Parts not returned in the original packaging may result in a return being null and void.
- We cannot take back used automotive parts or installed parts.
- Electrical automotive parts are NOT returnable, including sensors, switches, connectors, wiring, coils, spark plugs, modules and any parts containing Electrical components.
- Any manufactured sheet metal part is NOT returnable to the supplier.
- Windshield glass, window glass, and rear glass are NOT returnable to the supplier.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any auto parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet any of these criteria.
- Original shipping charges are not subject to be refunded.
- Return request need to be within 20 days of receipt.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
